Etipol HistorySince 1969 Etipol A/S has supplied machines and various equipment for the production of self adhesive labels worldwide. From the very beginning we have also developed auxiliary equipment such as drying tunnels, sprocket hole punching units, cornerstone plates etc. In 1990 Etipol started producing machines and presented a fully developed semi-rotary letterpress label printing press: the Combi 270 and Combi 340. The machines are computer controlled and have a perfect register. In 2000 Etipol developed the semi-rotary press Combi 2000 for waterless offset printing. This machine is still offering the largest printing area on the market today. April 2009
The A.K.S. Group takes over the delivery program of Etipol A/S and carries on under the name of A.K.S. ETIPOL A/S working together with Mr F.E. Ørbæk as a consultant.
The production is continued in part of the 14.000 sqm headquarters of the A.K.S. Group in close cooperation with the other companies in the group, certified according to ISO 9001:2008. The aim of the A.K.S. Group is to develop updates to the more than 250 existing Combi 270 and Combi 340 machines as well as new thinking within the production of Etipol label printing machines. |
